When Wilson Lynn from Motive Peak began creating videos for Innovation Factory, he immediately realised that the centre would make the perfect base for his growing business.
He moved from an office in Dundonald into Innovation Factory in February along with his colleague Andrew and says it was one of the best decisions he’s made.
“There is something very special about Innovation Factory. Not only is the space modern, comfortable and airy but we really like the atmosphere created by this unique mix of innovative new and growing businesses. There’s an energy that I’ve not experienced elsewhere,” he said.
The company is planning to grow in the coming year by focusing on their high-quality productions, creating personalised films for a diverse range of businesses and charitable organisations.
Wilson and Andrew have the skills and years of experience to offer a full range of services from pre-production all the way to post-production, animation and visual effects as well as photography. Among their clients are Lowden Guitars, Stena Line, Sir James Galway and B-Secur – as well as Innovation Factory of course.

“We work closely with our clients to really understand what’s important to them so that we can tell their stories in the most authentic way. Video can be such a powerful tool and it’s our aim to elevate a brand’s identity and captivate their audience,” Wilson explained.
Through the Go Succeed programme they are currently carrying out market research and looking for new, innovative ways to grow the company.
“We’re really excited about the future of the business and have been grateful for the support we’ve received from the team at Innovation Factory. They’ve helped make introductions and connections for us, suggested new funding schemes and look at new opportunities for growth,” he added.
